Beverley is notorious for his antics and getting under the player’s skin, and perhaps that was his motive to disrupt Luka’s momentum after his incredible start to the series. As for Luka, he walked away with a smile on his face, but both players need to be careful so they don’t end up with another tech and ultimately face an ejection.
Luka Doncic and the Mavs have taken a commanding 2-0 series lead and are trying to end the series in Dallas in what would be another monumental collapse for the Clippers.
The Mavs stormed out to a big lead before the Clippers rattled off a huge run to end the first quarter with a single-digit deficit. The Clippers are doing all they can to avoid a devastating 3-0 deficit, including switching up the starting lineup by starting Reggie Jackson at the point guard position as they try to rejuvenate the team in hopes of a victory.
Things could get really interesting between the two sides.
