\nNow, amid the trade speculations, a report by CNBC hints of Lillard\u2019s plan regarding his future. While there is no indication that he wants to be traded and whether the Blazers are even open to trading him, Dame is said to be waiting on what the team will do before making a decision.
\nLillard and his agent, Aaron Goodwin, could easily change that tone, though. A person close to Lillard told CNBC that he\u2019s expected to wait to see what the Blazers do this off-season before deciding his future.
\nFor what it\u2019s worth, it has also been reported earlier that Damian Lillard wants the franchise to hire Jason Kidd as the Blazers head coach after parting ways with Terry Stotts. This indicates that he is still very much willing to stay in Portland, but then again, that is still up to the team if they can put him in the best position to succeed.
