Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant is planning to return to the lineup against the Phoenix Suns on Sunday, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Durant has missed the last three games with a left leg contusion.
Durant recently missed nearly two months with a hamstring injury. In his fifth game back, he suffered this leg injury after playing just four minutes against the Miami Heat.
The Nets have been dealing with injuries to their stars all season. James Harden is currently on the shelf with a hamstring injury, and it’s unclear just when he’ll be back in the fold. Durant, Harden and Kyrie Irving have played just seven games together this season.
