Count Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant as one of the many players impressed by what Atlanta Hawks playmaker Trae Young just did in Game 4 against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Young was sensational in the crucial contest versus Philly, helping the Hawks erase an 18-point lead to win 103-100 and tie the series at 2-2. The sharpshooter finished with 25 points and 18 assists–which is the stat that amazed Morant the most.

True enough, Trae Young made sure everybody in the Hawks is happy. Bogdan Bogdanovic, John Collins, Clint Capela benefited the most from Young’s playmaking, as the three combined for 48 points.
Bogdanovic finished with 22 points, while Collins and Capela added 114 and 12, respectively. One of the highlights of the game was a Young lob to Capela that gave the Hawks the lead in the fourth quarter.

Without Young’s passing clinic, the Hawks would have been destroyed by Joel Embiid and Co. There were some concerns early in the game after Trae appeared to have hurt his shoulder, even getting it wrapped up as he appeared bothered and in pain.
Fortunately, he was able to get through that and make an impact right when the Hawks needed it most.
Young surely deserves all the praise he is getting. Besides, not everyone can do what he just did, especially in a pressure-packed situation where it looked like they are about to lose. While the series is far from over, the Sixers better watch out for Young!
