The Seattle Mariners and Detroit Tigers were notched in a 3-3 tie when Isaac Paredes hit what appeared to be a walk-off home run. Well, Jake Fraley had other plans and robbed the Tigers of a walk-off two-run shot, and turned a marvelous double play on one of the most unique plays in recent baseball memory.

The crown was stunned as Fraley tossed it to second and they got the runner out at first to end the bottom of the ninth inning and send the game into extra innings.
A spectacular catch by Fraley, followed by amazing awareness to fire the ball all the way from the left-field wall on a dime to the infield to nail the runner and finish off the inning to keep the Mariners alive.
The last 48 hours have been filled with unique MLB storylines, most notably being the unforgettable home run turned out after Ke’Bryan Hayes missed first base on his home run trot.
Now the amazing play by Fraley to rob a home run– and save the game– AND end the inning all in the same sequence is truly special. The fans in attendance went from celebration to shock quickly as the two teams headed for extra innings.
