Chris Paul hasn’t had too much success in the postseason throughout his career, but you can’t argue that the Phoenix Suns star isn’t clutch as hell.

The Suns All-Star flexed his massive clutch gene against the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Semis, posting a near perfect line through Games 1 to 3.

Chris Paul has averaged 10 points per game for the Suns in the final frame. He’s missed just one shot, and has zero miscues. The 11-time All-Star has been the best player on the court whenever Phoenix has needed him most.
The Suns now own a commanding 3-0 lead in their best of seven series against the Nuggets. With the series virtually put to bed, barring a miraculous Denver comeback, Chris Paul is set to make his second trip to the Western Conference Finals. But this time instead of facing off against Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, and arguably the greatest team of all time in the Golden State Warriors, they get to face the winner of the Utah Jazz vs. Los Angeles Clippers series.
While the Jazz have been surprisingly impressive themselves this season, as the only team with a better record than the Suns, they’re far from unbeatable. If Kawhi Leonard and the Clips manage to pull off another comeback from down 0-2, they’ll have played either 13 or 14 games after the dust settles and could be exhausted heading into a WCF showdown.
The Suns need Chris Paul playing like this for nine more games to be able to secure an NBA championship. CP3 is certainly up for the challenge.
