Chris Paul was the biggest winner in Game 6 after the Phoenix Suns superstar put on a classic performance for the ages. CP3 was deep in his bag on Wednesday night as his 41-point performance eliminated the Los Angeles Clippers and, more importantly, propelled the Suns to its first-ever WCF title in 28 years.
Paul’s performance broke social media as superstars around the league took to Twitter to tip their hat to the Point God’s unforgettable series-clinching performance.
Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant as well as Paul’s former teammate in Jamal Crawford immediately went on social media to let the Twitterverse aware of CP’s greatness on Wednesday:
too easy for CP out there right now . ?

Obviously, two-time MVP Stephen Curry had to chime in as well to congratulate the veteran for a much-deserved win:
Yo @Suns y’all did that. Respect. Congrats. 16 yrs a long time @CP3 ????????
— Stephen Curry (@StephenCurry30) July 1, 2021
Curry’s teammate Damion Lee, as well as other young stars also went in to put some respect on CP3’s name after almost single-handedly eliminating his former team in Staples Center, no less:
Respect to the @Suns and @CP3 !!
That’s the same song I listen to every day!

Paul was definitely going wild in Game 6. The 11-time All-Star exploded for 31 points in the second half to obliterate the Clippers’ chances of mounting a comeback. Paul’s mid-range game was once again on-point and even dropped a couple of heartbreaking long-range bombs to ultimately silence his former stomping grounds.
Legends of the game also took notice. San Antonio Spurs superstar Manu Ginobili and Jalen Rose had nothing but praises for CP’s iconic Game 6 showcase:
CP! Unbelievable! What a player. What a competitor! ????
— Manu Ginobili (@manuginobili) July 1, 2021
Point GOD redemption tour continues! @CP3
— Jalen Rose (@JalenRose) July 1, 2021
Last but definitely not least, former Phoenix Suns player Rex Champman, had this to say about him and Paul sharing the same jersey number members of the Suns franchise:
That moment you realize your number will hang in the @Suns rafters but will have Chris Paul’s name on it.
— Rex Chapman?? (@RexChapman) July 1, 2021
Take a bow, Christopher Emmanuel Paul.
